Introducer Hub

Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 July 2026

Agreement

These terms apply when you create an Introducer Hub account or use the platform. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

The service

Introducer Hub lets businesses connect with referral partners, send and receive client referrals, track them through to an outcome, and record commission where the parties have agreed to it. We provide the software. We are not a party to any referral, introduction, or commission arrangement between you and your partners, and we do not guarantee any volume or quality of referrals.

Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for what happens under your logins, and for keeping credentials secure.
  • Account owners and platform administrators must use two-factor authentication.
  • The account owner controls who has access and what each person can do.
  • You must give accurate details and keep them current.

Client data and consent

When you refer someone, you are sharing their personal information with another business. You confirm at the point of referral that the client has agreed to this, and you must not upload personal information you do not have the right to share. You remain responsible for your own privacy obligations to your clients.

Your licensing and disclosure obligations

Introducer Hub is record-keeping software. It records the referrals you choose to make and the confirmations you give at the time — including that your client consented, the date they agreed, and where applicable that you told them about a commission. It does not assess, verify or advise on whether a referral you make is lawful, whether you need a licence or authorisation, or whether any exemption is available to you.

Some referrals are regulated. Referring a consumer to a credit or financial services provider can carry licensing, consent, timing and disclosure obligations under Australian law, and those obligations fall on you and on the business you refer to, not on us. You are responsible for knowing which apply to you and for meeting them. Nothing in this platform, its records, or its marketing is legal or compliance advice, and using it does not make a referral compliant.

We do not take any share of referral commissions and no referral payment passes through the platform. Commission figures you enter are your own records of what you and your partner agreed.

Plans, trials and payment

  • New accounts start on a free trial — 7 days for individuals, 14 days for organisations. No payment is taken during a trial.
  • When a trial ends without a subscription, the account moves to the free refer-only tier: you can still send referrals, but not receive them.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in Australian dollars through Stripe. Prices are shown in the app and include any applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • Team plans include a set number of seats. Additional seats are charged per seat and adjust automatically as you add or remove people, with Stripe applying pro-rata amounts.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Upload unlawful content, or personal information you have no right to share.
  • Attempt to access another business’s data, probe or interfere with the platform’s security, or circumvent access controls.
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited marketing.
  • Resell or provide the service to third parties except as intended (inviting your own referral partners is expressly permitted).

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or presents a security or legal risk.

Your data

Your data remains yours. You can export it in full at any time from Settings. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. On deletion we remove your business and staff details and erase client details on referrals you sent; referrals remain on your partners’ side as a record of their work, stripped of your clients’ personal details.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and to take regular backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and release changes. We will give notice of significant planned disruption where practical.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost opportunity, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you breach these terms, or on reasonable notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive (data, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
